2025 has been another busy year for our Bespoke Journeys team.
Whilst the trend remains that majority of our guests choose the summer months for their visits, it has been wonderful to host guests this year in winter and shoulder seasons, during which our guests have enjoyed a greater range of availability and options over our hero locations, one on one hospitality, as well as taking advantage of off peak rates allowing them to stay longer and do more.
New Zealand has an incredible range of experiences to offer and we have taken great enjoyment in designing tailored bespoke itineraries for foodies, wine enthusiasts, nature seekers, and adventurists, as well as honeymooners and those just seeking some relaxation, pampering and downtime.
During the quieter months, our priority is to connect with our suppliers and Regional Tourism Operators to ensure we are up to speed with the latest products and offerings. It remains of upmost importance to us to visit and experience products first hand, to ensure our recommendations are the best fit for our guests, and whilst we are often asked to assist guests in other destinations, our commitment remains to retaining our expert knowledge of New Zealand and ensuring ongoing connection with our wonderful suppliers.
This year, in addition to attending various trade events and Auckland site visits, the team have enjoyed the incredible hospitality of partners in Northland, Waiheke Island, Rakino, Rotorua, Cambridge, Christchurch, Kaikoura, Hamner, Arthurs Pass, Hokitika, Franz Josef, Fox Glacier, Mt Cook / Tekapo, Lindis and Queenstown. These first-hand experiences connecting with our regions are invaluable in ensuring current expertise.
